And Beyond…..the end of your fertile years
There are few certainties in life but this is one of them
If you start your periods then at some point they are going to stop
How that happens and how you feel about it, I believe is very important
It can affect your whole life, how you interact with your family and friends, how you do your job, everything
Because for some of us, it really isn’t a sunshine and light experience
If you’re reading this then you are in one of two camps
You are already feeling pretty rubbish with an array of uncomfortable or downright nasty symptoms
OR
You are thinking ahead, you know its coming and want to be prepared
The first thing to make clear is
It doesn’t have to be awful
I have worked with hundreds of women to alleviate the vast range of symptoms you can suffer
Night sweats – having to change you’re soaking wet bed clothes really affects your sleep and of course your ability to function the next day
Mood swings – irritability-snapping at your loved ones when all they want to do is tell you about their day
Forgetfulness – unable to concentre-finding the frozen peas in the bread bin is funny the first time but the second time is just one time too many
Vaginal dryness – sex maybe the last thing you want, but if you did, it really shouldn’t be downright painful
Erratic or heavy bleeding – this is just down right annoying, and of course energy zapping even leading to deficiencies and possible anaemia
And last but not least, the one that I believe is most important,
Your emotional health – how you feel about yourself, your life up until this point, and the future you are heading towards.
I draw on nearly 20 years of experience working in the field of Complementary Therapy, combining all of my skills so you receive the most comprehensive, all-encompassing level of support possible, this includes
Emotional support with EFT – because how we feel about what is happening to our bodies is vitally important
If you have any emotional baggage (and to be fair that’s most of us!) the menopause can act like a cork being pulled from a bottle
The gloves are off!
The emotional limiter that is progesterone is no longer there, it can be like having PMT, permanently
All of those feelings, thoughts and beliefs that have been squashed down inside for years, can burst forth in a torrent, swamping all in their path
EFT, gently, easily and most importantly safely, enables you to control that torrent so you aren’t overwhelmed and swept away
Having an effective tool to deal with the possible tsunami of tears the changing levels of hormones can bring is essential for navigating this stage of your life
Enabling you to step into your true potential and embrace the freedom excitement and true feminine power
They don’t call this the age of the Goddess for nothing!
Nutritional and supplementation advice and guidance –
our dietary needs change as our hormone levels change, understanding this is essential to minimising dreaded middle age spread
As your hormonal levels drop and the homeostasis of your body changes you can become deficient in essential nutrients, knowing when and what to take can be a minefield, I support you to navigate that path based on my years of experience, because one size does not fit all!
Physical support using Reflex Touch (similar to Reflexology) to ease aching muscles and joints, painful heavy bleeds, bloating and breast tenderness
Enabling you to step into your true potential, embracing the freedom and excitement leaning into your unique feminine power can bring.
Not only do you get one-to-one sessions with me either face to face or via Skype
You also have me on tap
Throughout our time working together you can text or email me with questions or just for a bit of support if you need it
I also record you personalised tapping and meditation audios
Ensuring you are completely supported as all times
If you would like to explore working with me the first and most important step is our initial chat.
I like to call this our cup of tea and cake session.
We put the virtual kettle on, pull up a chair and have a chat, usually over skype or the telephone. During our time together I will ask you a LOT of questions so I can get a really good picture of where you’re at.
You can ask me as many questions as you like (I don’t promise to have all the answers but I will do my best!) and in case you forget some you can always email me afterwards.
I will then tell you if I think I can help you. If I don’t feel my skill set or approach will fit your needs I will let you know. And if you decide I’m not for you or it’s not the right time that’s ok too.
If you feel this is right for you, email me to book in for your cup of tea and cake session by clicking the button below.
